Traveling Players Ensemble is an educational theatre company serving students in grades 3-12 and diverse audiences throughout the VA-MD-DC metro area. Founded in 2003, our mission is to enhance self-expression, self-reliance, problem-solving skills, and heighten an appreciation of challenges and beauty by bringing great theatre into the great outdoors.
Our ensembles are founded on the principles of inclusion, diversity, and equality and supported by our robust scholarship program.
Our goal is to provide an outstanding theatre experience for young adults that will contribute to their maturity and foster a lifelong love of both theatre and the outdoors while meeting rigorous artistic and educational standards.
