Membership in Festival Ballet Virginia is determined by audition each spring. Dancers range in age from ten years old to adults. In addition to their class commitment, dancers in Festival Ballet Virginia participate in performance workshops where they rehearse, work on choreography, and master techniques necessary for performing. Festival Ballet Virginia has an ongoing vision to serve the local community through educational and entertaining outreach programs.
