Capital One Hall Community Arts Partnership
ArtsFairfax is proud to partner with Fairfax County and Capital One Hall to manage the online application process for community arts use of Fairfax County’s newest beacon of entertainment.
About the Capital One Hall Community Arts Partnership
On behalf of Fairfax County, ArtsFairfax manages the online application process for community arts use of Capital One Hall. Through specially negotiated rates for Fairfax County-based nonprofit arts and culture groups, as well as arts-related programming by Fairfax County agencies and Fairfax County Public Schools, Capital One Hall invites its local community to use their spaces for performance, rehearsal, and other arts activities.
County and charitable arts, nonprofit, and other civic organizations can apply to use the Main Stage, The Vault, or classroom spaces for arts-related programming.
In the first season alone, more than 30 local nonprofit arts groups have benefited from this public-private partnership, including 23 organizations that performed at Capital One Hall with a total attendance of over 10,000 patrons.
We are currently in Season 2, and you can see what’s on by visiting Capital One Hall and selecting the “Fairfax Community Arts” filter. Season 3, which takes place from September 2023 through June 2024 is in its final stages of scheduling.
