Recovery Innovation and Access series

Map your arts organization path for future

The 2021 ArtsFairfax WORK-SMART workshops focus on building inclusion, diversity, equity, and access into the arts sector recovery. Fairfax County takes pride in its diverse community, yet the leadership and programming of our arts organizations often does not reflect our demographics. By engaging a strong team of advisors and designing a series of community conversations and free workshops lead by experts in the field, we will make progress in our vision of arts for all.
