The City of Fairfax Band continues its annual tradition of presenting a free holiday gift to the community with 2021’s “Christmas in Fairfax” celebration. The Band welcomes back members of the Fairfax Choral Society with a unique program of music ranging from the serious to the most festive holiday selections. And of course, Santa is coming to wish the youngsters a Merry Christmas! Tickets are free but required, with a limit of four.
The City of Fairfax Band Association is joining with the Woman’s Club of Fairfax in collecting warm outer accessories for our Afghan refugees. Items may be donated at the Main Street Community Band and the City of Fairfax Band’s December concerts. Please bring new hats, gloves and scarves for children, adults, and teens.
