The Bonita Lestina Old Town Hall Performance Series is thrilled to present the internationally acclaimed percussionist and composer Tom Teasley—described by The Washington Post as “a musical wizard”— who joins forces with Celtic fiddler and improviser Chelle Fulk in a boundary-crossing duo that blends world rhythms, jazz sensibilities, & folk traditions.
They create spontaneous soundscapes, from lyrical and meditative to fiery & dance-like, weaving tradition with invention! The concert series, now in its 36th year, is supported by the City of Fairfax Commission on the Arts.
