TAMARA MINARCHI is an emerging artist who lives and paints in the beautiful town of Leesburg VA. Tamara is pursuing a lifelong dream and passion for art and the creative process. Tamara specializes in landscape works executed in various mediums. While she enjoys working in acrylics and mixed media, her primary love is oil—which she considers to be “absolute magic.”
