Festival Ballet Virginia Presents: The Nutcracker

A mysterious gift, a daring battle, and a journey to the Land of Sweets.

Join us for the wonderful holiday tradition of The Nutcracker Ballet. We are excited to present the full-length version of the Nutcracker ballet featuring Tchaikovsky’s complete score. Follow Clara and her Nutcracker Prince as they travel through the Land of the Snowflakes and on to the Kingdom of the Sugar Plum Fairy where all of the sweets come to life. The run time of the show is two hours with one intermission. Lap-sitters under age 2 may attend for free. 

While at the show, visit our unique holiday boutique to finish up your holiday shopping. The boutique — featuring ornaments, nutcrackers, handmade items, stocking stuffers, jewelry, books, toys, and a large variety of sweet treats — will be open prior to and after the performance, as well as during intermission. Come early for the best selection! All proceeds help support our school.
