Through live guided sessions, you’ll explore creativity through play—letting go of fear and reconnecting with joy, curiosity, and creative flow in a supportive, encouraging space. Each session blends gentle guidance, hands-on creative exploration, and meaningful conversation. This small-group format (max. enrollment of 12) is intentionally designed to foster connection, reflection, and a deeper creative experience.
EXPLORE – Curiosity without pressure

PLAY – Freedom, joy, and experimentation

About the Instructor
Precious Burger
Precious Burger is a contemporary mixed-media artist based in Fairfax, Virginia, known for her vibrant, intuitive paintings that explore resilience, identity, and human connection. Working through a layered, responsive process, she creates richly textured works that unfold organically and invite personal interpretation. Her work has been exhibited throughout the Washington, DC, region, including a solo exhibition at the National Institutes of Health, and is held in both residential and commercial collections, with representation by Xanadu Gallery in Scottsdale, Arizona.
With over 30 years of experience as an educator, Burger has worked with learners of all ages and experience levels, fostering creativity through curiosity, play, and process-driven exploration. She has previously taught her Joyful Journey Playbook course in an online setting, guiding participants to reconnect with their creative voice in a supportive and engaging environment. Her paintings—and her teaching—invite a pause: an opportunity to reflect, reconnect, and recognize something quietly familiar within.
