Chamber Music in Motion: Bach, Blues, and Beyond!

Feel the pulse, the swing, and the spark of dance with Amadeus Concerts in an afternoon of electrifying chamber music. Violinist Bernard Vallandingham, cellist Susanna Mendlow, and pianist Sam Post—three acclaimed artists of Kassia Music—bring together a program alive with rhythm and motion.

From the jazzy, blues-infused violin sonata of Maurice Ravel to a vibrant trio by Gayane Chebotaryan, alongside original compositions by Post and Vallandingham, this concert blurs the line between classical tradition and irresistible groove. The program also features an inventive Bach arrangment by Post, recently praised in Gramophone as “modern with a hint of Glenn Gould unleashed”.
