Brittany is an artist of many mediums, a military spouse, mother and the founder of the nonprofit Community Makers Foundation based in Springfield, Virginia. She spent years building her own fashion lines, showing on runways across America including D.C. Fashion Week. She is recognized as an award-winning designer in multiple states for her creativity and craftsmanship. She does commissioned work from digital art, fabric design to woodworking. That background shapes how she leads CMF today: with an eye for design and a hands-on belief that creativity is a skill anyone can build, not a talent reserved for a few. Through CMF, she creates inclusive, accessible experiences that give children, families, and individuals the tools to make something of their own with a focus on recycling and innovative reuse. Brittany believes that creativity builds confidence, strengthens communities, and opens doors for real growth.
