Congratulations on your ArtsFairfax Grant!
ArtsFairfax is proud to support local arts and culture nonprofits to make Fairfax County, the City of Fairfax, and the City of Falls Church a more vibrant place to live. This guide outlines credit requirements and provides promotional resources to help amplify and celebrate your creative contributions to our community.
ArtsFairfax Grantee Credit Requirements
For each grant awarded, ArtsFairfax grantees are required to complete the following actions throughout the grant year or term of the funded project.

FUNDING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Grantees are required to credit ArtsFairfax on your website, in printed materials, in public remarks, and on social media.
On Your Website
Use either the ArtsFairfax Logo or Grantee Badge along with the statement, “[Organization Name] is funded in part by ArtsFairfax.” The online acknowledgement must link to ArtsFairfax.org.
In Printed Materials
In donor listings, please list ArtsFairfax at the correct donor level and include either the ArtsFairfax Logo or Grantee Badge along with the statement, “[Organization Name] is funded in part by ArtsFairfax.”
In Public Remarks
Name ArtsFairfax when recognizing donors and funders in public remarks and curtain speeches.
On Social Media
Use the Grantee Badge to acknowledge your ArtsFairfax Grant on either Facebook or Instagram. Tag @artsfairfax, follow the ArtsFairfax account, and use #ArtsFairfax. Suggested copy for your use:
“Great news! [Organization Name] has received a grant from @ArtsFairfax. We’re looking forward to [explain what your grant will be used for]. A huge thank you to ArtsFairfax for believing in our mission! #ArtsFairfax”
