Grants and Services OLD
ArtsFairfax partners with Fairfax County to award approximately $500,000 through five grant programs that serve all arts disciplines. ArtsFairfax grants strengthen Fairfax County organizations, support and honor artists, cultivate creativity, encourage equality and contribute to the economic vitality of the region.

Grant Information Sessions
ArtsFairfax conducts free grant preparation information sessions for prospective applicants to learn about our funding opportunities and how to submit an application. We invite non-profit arts organizations and individual artists located within Fairfax County to attend one of the grant information session to learn more. Grant Panels
All eligible grant applications are evaluated by panel review. In-person panel meetings are open to the public and applicants will be notified of the schedule for the panel meeting and are encouraged to attend. If necessary, panel meetings may be held on-line. Virtual panels will not be open to applicants for observation; however, staff notes summarizing the discussion and comments will be available.

ArtsFairfax selects experienced arts professionals in all disciplines, without conflict of interest, to review grant applications. ArtsFairfax is seeking panelists to review grant applications. Email us to learn more about the panel process and how to become a panelist.
