Anime USA

Anime USA XXVI: The RPG is a three-day celebration of Japanese animation, art, culture, fashion, gaming, and creative expression, taking place November 20–22, 2026, at the Westfields Marriott Washington Dulles in Chantilly, Virginia.

Since 1999, Anime USA has brought together artists, performers, creators, industry professionals, and fans to celebrate and explore Japanese arts and popular culture. Operated by a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Anime USA combines entertainment with educational and artistic programming designed to encourage creativity, cultural appreciation, and community.

Throughout the weekend, attendees can experience a wide variety of programming, including artist showcases, educational panels and workshops, cosplay and costuming, performances, voice acting, gaming, and opportunities to meet professional creators and performers. Artist’s Alley highlights independent artists working across digital art, illustration, print, crafts, and other creative mediums, while additional programming explores storytelling, performance, animation, fashion, and Japanese culture.

Anime USA welcomes attendees of all ages and experience levels, from longtime anime fans to families and newcomers interested in discovering Japanese popular culture and the many art forms it inspires.
