Our Emerging Artist Program features young musicians just being discovered. For the first time, we join with the Northern Virginia Music Teachers Association to feature their 2019 competition prizewinners accompanied by our professional orchestra. It’s the ultimate version of our flagship side-by-side concerts in the schools.
Be sure to arrive early to enjoy a pre-concert lecture by Music Director A. Scott Wood at 3:15pm. After the concert, meet the artists and mingle with fellow music lovers at a free post-concert reception.
