Amadeus Concerts

Amadeus Concerts inspires a community of classical music lovers in the Washington, D.C., area through up-close performances by professional musicians, educational outreach, and mentoring for young musicians. We collaborate with artistic partners and spotlight performers of the highest caliber, including our own Amadeus Orchestra.

Every concert in our season offers orchestral, vocal, and chamber music, performed by professional musicians and nationally and internationally acclaimed guest artists. Intimate concerts mean every seat is the best seat in the house, and venues always have ample free and accessible parking.

Free pre-concert talks by Artistic Director Maestro A. Scott Wood and post-concert meet-the-artist receptions foster a friendly community of music lovers. Tickets are free for students 18 or younger, and active duty members of the military.

As part of our mission of outreach and mentoring, the Amadeus Orchestra also participates in side-by-side experiences with young musicians in Fairfax County schools. Our Emerging Artist Program provides a platform for the next generation of world-class musicians to share their art.
