ArtsFairfax is accepting submissions for an art show at Lincolnia Senior Center, a Neighborhood and Community Services site populated by not only live-in residents, but also seniors who visit the day center. From October 1 – January 15, selected artworks will be featured on the walls of this community building.
ArtsFairfax is looking for artwork that will:
- Brighten and enliven the senior center
- Fit the theme outlined below
- Be able to hang on a hook, and measure a maximum of 36 x 36 inches.
Theme
The artwork should portray the theme “Exploring the Great Outdoors.” Whether it be of the landscape, an image capturing the playful spirit of the parks, or a depiction of one of the many events taking place in our community, the submission should celebrate the parks, waterways, and inhabitants of Fairfax County green spaces and beyond.
