The Heritage India Festival is the greater Washington metropolitan area's premier South Asian cultural, arts and commerce festival. Rushhi Entertainment's award-winning Heritage India Festival series has featured the best of South Asia – highlighting the culture, cuisine, commerce and entertainment of India. The festival, held twice a year, draws thousands of South Asian Americans to experience and revel in the colors of the subcontinent.

Attracting an average of 80,000 people each year, the outdoor festival creates a dynamic family experience by combining the fun of an outdoor concert series with the thrill of a summertime carnival. Throughout the four-day event, there will be two fireworks displays, a craft show with 115 artisans, business expo, 10K/5K race and fitness expos, and a Kids’ Alley where children can have a hands-on art experience.
