Arts Council dispenses with Interim Reports for FY2011 Grants

Posted by Lisa Mariam in Organizational development

In an effort to streamline the grant process, the Arts Council will not require Interim Reports for FY 2011 grants.  The initial payment will be 60%, and the remainder of the grant will be disbursed upon approval of the Final Report.  Final Reports will be due on August 1, 2011, and payments will be mailed in early September.  Please consult the revised Guidelines on the Grants page for this and other important updates.

2011 Operating Support Guidelines and Application Updated

Posted by Lisa Mariam in Operating Support

There are five updates to the Operating Support Guidelines and Application.  First, Pre-grant costs are not allowed and this is now specified in the Grant Restrictions.  Since two panels will be convened this year, the original application and six copies are now required.  A Board Member's signature is required on the face page only.   Dates covered on the Budget form include income and expenses through March 31, 2010 (to April 1, 2010).

At the recent workshops, we discussed the Audience Served section of the Programs and Activities form.  This section refers to Outreach, and specific data including age, geographic, economic, new audiences and free tickets should be stated.
