The 2009 Video Fairfax awards ceremony and reception was held on Aprik 27th at the Luther Jackson Middle School. The Video Fairfax program, which is produced by the Arts Council, inspires K-12 students from Fairfax County Public Schools to learn new media skills through hands-on participation and a juried competition by industry experts.
